How will page changes be counted?
Changes are counted per page, not per change within a page.

What is included in a text change?
Sentences or paragraphs of text on a single page. This includes removing entire text and replacing it with current text. Changing text on several pages, such as changes to navigation bars, are not considered a single text change. Such changes will be quoted.

If I change my mind and want to add or change text to the same page later that month, how does this work?
Your additional change will be considered a new page change.

What if I find a typo or a formatting error?
Re-work of this nature is not considered a page change and will be fixed immediately. Rewording of text is considered a page change. Please make sure that you are happy with the text before you send it.

If I don't use my number of page changes this month will they carry over to next month?
No. Page maintenance is not cumulative.

I need new images. Does this count toward maintenance?
Usually no. Images come in different sizes and shapes. Designing an image takes much longer than simply replacing text. If you need new images or want an image changed, ask us. There may be times that we can use your page maintenance to cover the image design.
